Just read the Article on Anne Hoekema who works for the MCFD in Victoria B. C who ever that complainant is i would love to meet them. There report is 100% accurate and then some. Anne Hoekema should not be working for childrens services she terrifies children and families this woman thinks she is the law people need to speak out on her gross abuse of power before she destroys more children and families with her believes and false reports and lies
