Doug Molloy, that has brought the Fort Myers U.S. Attorney’s Workplace since 1992, was demoted Friday in a supervision-group alter by new U.S. Attorney Robert O’Neill.

Associate U.S. Attorney Nicole Waid, who found Fort Myers in the U.S. Attorney’s Workplace in California, D.C., last June, is operating chief for that workplace.

Molloy, 54, who was raised in Fort Myers, has become an associate U.S. Lawyer. He was key helper through 10 various U.S. Lawyers in Tampa.

Molloy declined comment Thursday.

Molloy had used nearly all his period in a supervisory function, but may currently invest it exclusively like a prosecutor.
