I Elysia * was RIPPED OFF by Scott and Robin Miner. I was a tenant of thiers for 4 years. I moved from one property to another of thiers with out incident. Until I descover the home ilocated in the Dobson Ranch Community in Mesa Arizona at 1933 W Javelina was not maintained by Scott and Robin Minor. The faulty A/C installdone by Scott Minor in 2009 caused 20% of my electric bill to literally go out the roof. Apparently the A/C had not been properly sealed. The install was not done by a licensed contractor.

The sprinkler systems in the yard leaked causing astronomical water bills and the water usage went from 5000 gallons a month to 20000 gallons a month. Then upon move out Scott and Robin tried to say my family ruined the carpet just to keep my deposit of $990.00 Throughout the 4yrs renting from the slum lords I paid every dime of rent late fees if late. Also I repaired a shower valve because I worked for an A/C and Plumbing company (had a plummber come) installed the valve retail on that was $800.00 I never even mentioned thi to Scott minor. That was at the 2831 E Southern #140 Mesa property they own. They own 9 properties all together. The total amount in rent I paid them was at least 40,000 probably more.

Also My fiance and i remodeled the bathroom at the Javelina address because of the mold damage by Scott Minor's inability to properly install a hose bib on a washing mashine. That house had no junction boxes i attic, no GCFGI outlets in bathroom or next to kitchen sinlk. The outlets all over house had to be replaced.
Sont rent from them.
