Speeding in 30mph Limit

I live on Rome Ave between Hillsbrough and Sligh Ave. The speed limit is 30mph on Rome Ave, people disregard the sign and they look as if they are doing 50 and 60 mph. We have a problem pulling into the drive way because people are going so fast. We all would appreciate any thing you can do to help us, thanks.
