Fraud: no submission number, fake winning letters

I simply learned this is actually the #1 fraud business within this area - after I obtained a fraud winning notice, declaring that I gained within the lottery and so I have to deliver my files to Thailand! Obviously, some costs apply also.

To date, having a-10 years account with USAFIS, and concerning the 4th today, I'venot obtained any verification number (that my software was really posted within the lottery). I don't realize why does not anyone do something against these phony providers supplying businesses?! Cheers.
