Flamingo South Beach Management Office FLAMINGO SOUTH BEACH CONTRACTS ISSUES RIP OFF AIMCO PROPERTIES

I have lived 2 years in Flamingo South Beach, and I have experienced with the worst management team ever. My complaint is because there was a mistake made by Michael Marrero, a member from Flamingo South Beach Management office, when he told me that I have to send a 'move out notice' in advance between 1 month and 2 months. The Move Out Notices is supposed to give before 2 months (Flamingo just changed those rules this year 2010), and I knew it, and I was aware of that, so that is why I been to the management office every other week 3 or 4 months before the contract ends (which was on 24th June). With this mistake made by Mike, I was forced to pay month to month basis from June 24th until July 14th because I gave the move out notice on May 14th after other lady called ELVIRA MURPHY, the worst rude and unpolite associate that Flamingo South Beach has, told me to do so.
