I have a friend that lives in the lifestyles community apartments; she has told me on numerous occasions that this person that goes by the name of lacey that he helps hmself to walk inside to womens apartments and steal there laundry and keep it; this lacey that i hear about on several occasion just gets a pep talk about it and gets away with doing this; most of the time apartment teneant is home when this takes place; they tell staff about it but staff does not seem take serious or if they do take it serious they do not do enough to stop it. This lacey could be dangerous to women if left to continue on his own ways.
