Managers and select corporate people break every policy as well as Texas laws every day

There is so much corruption at this store its hard to know where to start. Basically I was fired for"Whistleblowing".. I reported the wrongdoings of the manager and my mistake was not realizing she is close friends with corporate personnel as well as the human resource person. I was told I was causing trouble and they terminated me.
I had worked there 9 months, missed 2 days of work, was employee of the month in Feb, had 2 Perfect evaluations. Then we get this new manager...
Some of what goes on... Bully people out of their jobs, gossiping about people with disabilities calling them worthless, stealing items and then reporting that they were damaged and sent off. (employees know these items worked perfectly)
Manager refuses to give employees their 2 breaks a day and no one will report it because they know she will fire them...
When complaints are called in by the customers its a know fact that the operation manager (and friend) og the manager takes these calls, assures customer she will take care of it, then tells manager and laughs about it knowing nothing will be done.
Manager breaks every policy and gets buy with it because there is noone to report to that actually does their job. It is so hard to believe what is going on in this store and nobody can put a stop to it. The manager, the human resource woman and the operation manager are up to their eyeballs in corruption.
