Exact change booth didnt register I PAID

This could be my 2nd period this occurred. AT 11:05am on 6/17/10 I had been proceeding on NJ PARKWAY NORTH visiting Paramus NJ, I joined the BERGEN toll unit In STREET Number 2 having said that PRECISE change. And so I ceased & settled my $1.00 in four groups & the equipment never stated COMPENSATED THANKYOU! Because it must. Thus! Honked my horn for approximately 5 seconds & proceeded to leave the cubicle. Last nov this occurred & I obtained 2 details @ $25.00 each witch I settled since I had been anxious of the $500.00 penelaty risk. I won't keep getting swept up within this NJ FRAUD.
