Nelson Perry misleading, saleing shoes, not acknowledged by IRS like they claim, I was lied to on the phone

I was contacted by Mr. Nelson Perry to collect shoes for the needy. However when I went to his website I noticed that it had only been establisted for a very short time. I was told he had been helping the needy for years. My self, I have been Working with many non-profits in my life, I enduldged in further research of this "NON-PROFIT", and with further investigation I found that he had lied to me, and was also claiming to be 501 C3 Status, which he is absolutely not! I have 22yrs in this field and have consulted with many of my socialist associates who have found out the same information plus! This group is, as well produced a facebook page where he is selling these shoes for $50-$60 a pair. This is a disgrace to those who are really in need and I would hope nobody gets hurt by dealing with these crooks. If you make a donation to this "organization" you WILL NOT receive a tax benefit, and that is per the IRS who has not given them their status, nor have they applied for it. There is alot more I am willing to disclose if need be, but I felt this was enough to let the people of N. C know, and it being my civil duty for our community to post this and bring awareness of this shoes for everyone. This company is a fraud, and are not trust worthy. If you have been scammed by them I will be more then glad to help you pursue action, along with mine. Feel free to contact me with any questions about these scammers!
