A roanoke city parking enforcement official continues to be harassing me plus some of my co workers. Mainly the official "S. Clay" has been harassing me. It began once the official offered me a parking solution oneday (I earned it) for parking more than 1 time before our office. I had been making right when he ripped up and informed him I had been preparing to depart and he explained too late and offered me a solution, I looked over my tires and there is no chaulk mark whichthey use to indicate your vehicle to determine when you have left and reparked. After wondering where's the tag, office s. Clay leaped our of his EZ Go wagon and pressed me out f just how and stated "you wish to visit a mark Buddy" in a rude and furious speech. He created intense connection with my body! Easily were to the touch him by any means it'd be attack on the police fficer a prison but he's allowed to push-me? He did this before a and my 14-year old boy. I submitted a problem with teh police stop plus they did nothing

Following this work proceeds to bother me all of the time. He's employed racial comments, provided seats once they aren't justified, attained in my own automobile, required I present him a buddies handycap allow, blocked me from departing for half an hour purposely, and named my buddy a asian jew.

S. Clay requires a course on public conversation and awareness training anger management. I am aware he's a difficult work and comprehend he is able to be hated by people forgiving seats. I dont worry about the seats so when I get them I be prepared to have them. I believe other parking enforcement officials downtown roanoke are noce, reasonable and qualified. S. Clay isn't and really should not maintain this department. He must go back to parking lot attendants for individual businesses.
