It was this time last year when a hail storm came through the area and damaged many roofs in The Boulder Creek sub divison. I lived there at the time and am a contractor. I started with my girl friends roof at the time Gina Curtis. Finished the roof and many more was to come. The insurance companies was slow to pay but we kept right on moving with them and hired in more contractors. We finished all until in June I became sick and had a strock and a heart attack having five stents put in my heart. I was not able to work for over a month and some people decide to go else where to get the jobs done. That was fine by me but they did not pay me for the work we had done. To this date I am still owed over 16,000 dollars. One house was over 3/4 completed when the gentle came up and fired my crew cause one off the subs who worked for me went behind me stealing jobs. This place Boulder Creek sub divison has caused me much grieve. We completed over 30 jobs before I fot sick and 6 was left unfinished. We started making repayments to those jobs we was not going to be working when they had me arrested for some lame charges that are not even in the law books. Beware in this area if you work there monies out front is my words for you all. Not all are bad people in Boulder Creek.
