Here is a perfect example, There is companies who have been around on the internet for many years selling wholesale products. And these companies pay the forums big money to keep there business reports clean. Thewholesaleforums.co.uk also get a payout from wholesaledeals.co.uk. If anyone says anything about wholesaledeals.co.uk your post will be removed.
The person who removes the listing will only say sorry we have to remove the listing as they might take us court. Well on the internet anyone can say anything and really there is not alot a company can do about it. Its freebom of speach.
