FM 1046 between Allison and Briscoe Texas (Wheeler County) has serious harm because of oil-field vans employed by businesses spending large amount of fees. The street is 12 miles long and it has atleast 200 hundred pot-holes and it is broken towards the hazardous stage. The vans and vehicles generate all around the street attempting to steer clear of the street injury. It's poor enough to ruin steering componants and cause injuries.
