Failure to honor insurance policy

I shipped my spouse a PC and carrying case from Austin TX to North Hollywood California having a return-receipt, Trademark required and covered for $400. After I named my spouse a couple of days later to determine if he first got it, he explained no. I stated nicely on the site it stated it was shipped so search around for work and find out if anybody got it. He never got it therefore I named the NH Postoffice and got three distinct tales they stated that Willie sent it after which scanned the bundle 2 hrs later, that Willie forgot what he did withit which oh yes, he sent it but forgot to obtain a trademark. George recognized that Willie never sent it towards the proper location or he "misdelivered it". Therefore for that previous 8 weeks I Have been processing statements to both North Hollywood Postoffice and also the one where one is assume to document the state in Mo. The NH PO delivered it three times I delivered it 3 times and every time they stated they never got it. I named 6 or 7 occasions plus they never provide you with the same event quantity therefore there's no "report" of what's been happening with any state. Lastly after 8 weeks I send it to Tammy and he or she forwards it on. A few times later I obtain a notice from St. Louis MO that claims after their analysis they view it was shipped and that I don't have any State. Their analysis was to check out the USPS site having said that it had been shipped. Large analysis! I did that and also the NHPO actually recognized that it did not get shipped and also to document a state. I stated where's the trademark that's necessary for covered and return-receipt plus they stated we-don't understand, Willie does not possibly... It's been probably the most annoying encounter I've actually experienced and there's no quantity you are able to contact to obtain a quality. Child Two cheers for the National Gov't workers. No surprise it is this type of clutter in California! I suppose I Will visit judge. Exactly what a couple of lugheads and that Iam spending them to do something in this way! Jeez.
