My ex-husband, Ralph Lanoue established his own company (RL Medical located at 159-16 84th Rd, Jamaica, NY) to avoid court ordered child support (he owes me over $12,000)
In a recent visit to Queens Family Court, Ralph Lanoue claimed he has been unemployed since January and was provided with a court appointed attorney - Free of Charge.
Why are taxpayer dollars being spent on providing legal advice to a lying, tax evading, deadbeat dad? I, on the other hand, am the sole supporter of my children and required to pay for my own legal fees. I fail to see the justice provided by Queens Family Court in New York City.
I'm not the only person Ralph Lanoue has scammed, he also owes the IRS and the NYS Tax Commission. Ralph Lanoue has successfully escaped punishment for at least the last seven years.
What a system!!!
