Dirty cop just out to make a few bucks for the city

What can I say, just another one of these small city cops out looking to make a few extra bucks for his city by giving out bogus and corrupt traffic tickets. Not too much I can really say. This guy is a loser, hiding behind a badge.
You can tell by looking at this loser that this is about the only thing this guy has any ability to do in life. I would love to see this guy out there to try and get a real job like the rest of us.instead, he sits behind corners and plays God. My guess would be a three time divorced alcoholic.
