Not paying workers for there labo

Our boy along with other employees for that above business aren't being compensated proper hours worked, continuous issue with spending customers promptly and last Friday, 11/13/09 many customers where not taken care of the week they worked. Furthermore, employees people haven't been taken care of many weeks @ a period. I actually donot understand what happening with this specific business and just why they're not spending there team and customers for there work. This business recieves condition and authorities agreements. What's happening and where's the cash?
