Account Disabled Over Legal Name Santa Claus Despite Utah License

Facebook claims that anyone can join. They claim that to become a member you have to use your legal name. Well, my legal name is Santa Claus. Even after I supplied them with a copy of my driver's license from the state of Utah, they accused me of trying to open a false site. So I had my attorneys send them a letter, which they have just ignored.

This company has discriminated against me and disabled me by not allowing me to use my real name on their site. This is discrimination, as I am not allowed to join because of my legal name. I would be interested in hearing from anyone who is looking to file a class action lawsuit against them for discrimination. If anyone else out there has had this kind of problem, please reply to this report.
