Wrong number harrassing phonecalls

For more than annually, I've been getting phonecalls to my house variety requesting a Ms. Barbara Winters. I've repeatedly informed the callers that no such individual exists only at that quantity, because it hasbeen my children home telephone number for more than ten years. I've asked properly and never so properly to become taken off the calling checklist, because Ms. Winters doesn't occur and we're about the nationwide do-no phone registry. Each month, they call repeatedly, using their callerid range just displaying zeros. They call too soon about the day and also late within the evening for the houselhold. I have had enough. No business ought to be permitted to be this silly. They're totally harassing my loved ones and that I would really like it to prevent. Please recommend. We reside in California.
