Unauthorized charges

Ordered the cd. Taken care of it. Came in the mail. I acquired it 4 days later. Did not open the package to set up until 12 days later. At that time fedgrantusa had already used another charge to my account. The morning that i mounted the cd to operate it the rules didn't work and that i couldn't login. I looked for their site and only discovered grievances about the site. Thus to all you that are trying to find anything about the webb be carefull it is sometimes a good idea to checkout grievances before purchasing i understand it has been an eye opening experience for me. Desire i can reach more individuals to tell them but hopefully this incident won't just alert hey but maybe make you more aware of the negatives out there.
