Eceiving wrong mail

I've been getting email to get a former tenant which was compelled to maneuver out-of my house because of extenuating circumstances. She's clearly been utilizing my tackle for almost any junk mail or others that she's been frequenting to harrass me by getting her email. I want it to prevent. She no further officially exists at my tackle and someone in the Postoffice must deliver it back or forward to any new tackle that she'd have placed on document (if any). How do you create it quit completely? I DON'T wish to observe her title on something visiting my home. It is OUR HOUSE and that I would really like the best to savor it without viewing her title or email visiting my address anymore!
