Federal Loan Modification
Company agreed to refund $1,495.00 and I have not recieved or heard anything in 3 months

I was promised my refund from Heather Dalton, Christiana Ikes, and Kristen Lukes 3 months ago and I have not recieved a phone call, email, fax, voice mail or anything. I have contacted this company at least twice a day, 6days a week via email and by phone. I have left numerous messages and noone has responded back. I trusted this company with my money and due to their inconsistency, I was promised my refund money back in my account on March 30 and was it was never done so. All I want is my $1,495.00 back so that I can use that money apply towards my current mortgage bill.
If anyone could please help me before they continue to rip me off and others.
