C.P.S.- Everett Office Took 2 relative placements out of home after telling several lies

We have had relative placements in our home for almost 4 years. Two boys transitioned home to their mom after 3 years. Our neice was placed with us on 9/14/07 and a cousin on 8/27/08. On March 13th there was a so called family meeting in which I was told the girls were being removed because of my husband's background check. I also have the paperwork stating that's why the girls were being removed. The caseworker said in court that he had a felony on his record which is not true and that was proven. Because that didn't work, she was grasping at anything she could tell the judge to keep the kids out of the home. Even with no evidence backing anything, the children still are not home. What it boils down to is retaliation. Our neice was in a foster home before coming here and soon after she came here, the foster dad started going through basically the same thing we are except he does still have the kids. He has our neice's half sister who is almost 5 years old now. When he was having problems with the dept. They called us on several occasions wanting us to take our neice's sister from this dad. We said no because she had been there since she was an infant and they were not happy with us. The girl's foster dad won against the dept. And was allowed to adopt her. The day her adoption was final is the day the girls were taken from us. Anyone who's had problems with a caseworker with the initials C.L. Or the Everett office at all, please let me know. We are being assigned a caseworker through the Senator's office and any further information especially about this certain caseworker might help you too.
