Aka Rudy Giuiliani, Ex Mayor Of New York City Rudolph Giuliani Fails to Make Timely Response to Inquiry About his Associations with known scam artist JoJo Marengo

As of this writing, Rudolph Giuliani's image is shown together with that of JoJo Marengo... A serial con man on the loose, victimizing innocent people, defrauding them of their money and services... At the bottom of the home page of Mr. Marengo's website here:

On 4/9/09, I notified Mr. Giuliani through Giuliani Partners that I expected him to instruct Mr. Marengo to remove his photo from his "World Art Foundation" website. I am placing the text of that communication below in this usacomplaints.com.

As it received no timely response, I sent another message to Giuliani Partners, re-iterating my position.

It remains to be seen whether Rudolph Giuliani will do the right thing.

As long as he leaves his photo together with JoJo Marengo on JoJo Marengo's website, Rudy Giuliani is lending an imrprimatur of respectability to Mr. Marengo, thus making it easier for JoJo Marengo to lure additional victims, defrauding them of money and services.

Gentlemen:

I am a freelance reporter; my by-line has appeared in over 1,000 magazines, newspapers, websites and blogs.

I would like a statement from Rudolph Giuliani pertaining to his relationship with Publisher JoJo Marengo.

Mr. Giuliani is shown in a photo together with Mr. Marengo at the bottom of the home page for Mr. Marengo's World Art Institute. To see that photo, you may click on the following link and then scroll to the bottom of the page:

In your response (s) to me, I request that you copy those copied in this e-mail 1) Ms. Angela Hoy, Writer's Advocate and Publisher of WritersWeekly; 2) Ivar E. Roth, one of Marengo's alleged victims in California and 3) Mr. Marengo himself.

I reserve my free speech right to publish this e-mail message on usacomplaints.com at 5P.M., Friday, April 10 if I have received no response from you.

He defrauded me of $750.

Were I not involved, the number of additional victims is sufficient that Mr. Giuliani should not permit Mr. Marengo to continue to use his image, which grants an imprimatur of respectability to Mr. Marengo, making it easier for him to lure additional victims.

I am placing below my signature resources for you to investigate legal actions against Mr. Marengo.in those official records, you should note the number of judgments against Mr. Marengo to which he has not responded.

I request that in your response to me, you copy Ms. Angela Hoy. She publishes a weekly freelance writers newsletter that contains warnings about unscrupulous publishers. She has communications from other of Mr. Marengo's victims, and shares my concern that a scammer not be allowed to continue victimizing hard-working people, defrauding them of their money and services.
