Unauthorized charges

I signed on for the $2.95 cd and then was also charged $39.95 with no knowledge of the charge. When you call for refund they try to explain charge. DO NOT LET THEM!!! They will try to talk you into it. It is completely bogus. Make sure you get confirmation # for your refund. I am currently unemployed and don't need scams like this where you think you are getting help and they are just milking $ out of you.
