I have done some research and have come to the conclusion that they target ethnic restaurants, as unsuspecting participants in there scam. They do this after calling ahead with a call to check their English and accents, this is what I feel happens. They keep the price for the advertising low for each business so it looks cheap what might be low for some, but not for what I make, counting on them not fighting for it, and a lot of them don't. They do orders and mail some to these unsuspecting restaurants 90 days or more after the order has been placed, giving those businesses scamed time to put it aside and not check on it until it might be to late to go back and file with the credit card services to get money back as a fraud.
If you go to the web site and check they claim they have restaurants all over the country that these placemats go into. They are armost exclusively ethnic restaurants. I believe they call them when they are busy and tell them that they want to send them something and the restaurants does know they are being used in this scam. These scamers don't care if they use them. They made of with at least $10,000 from businesses in my community $99.90 at a time.
They use common proper business practices at first and it looks like a good company.in the contract sent by email after it is done, they say it is the client's responsibility to cancellation 30 days prior to automatic annual renewal. We have a business that has been trying to cancel for 2 years and this company will not acceptthe mail. This business in it for $1000 now tring to cancel and past do fees.
The IL. Attorney General involved now Contact them at 217-782-4436 or contact the State's Attorney General in your area. I would love to have contact with a layer on this. If you used a c.C. Cancel your credit card number too.
