This Mobile home park is a joke. They make you qualify to live there, accept their rules and regulations under the guise that you will be protected and safe in your home and investment. What a joke that is. Once you are moved in, you are ignored if you complain and if someone complains about you, you have no avenues to respond to the complaints. If you have trouble with anyone in the park and try to use management to resolve the problems, they threaten to write you up or throw you out. No mediation is used at all.

The management is run by a bully that just smiles and blows you off. Do not think that management is your friend, they are not. The rules only apply if they want to harrass you. I have tried and tried to find out who I can contact regarding the treatment we have received here but I have not been very successful in finding anyone to register a complaint with. I also have proof of the problems we have had and the utter falsehoods of the accusations of the management team. I have documented the neighbors responses and their testimony clearly showing the lack of help and the unfounded threats used by this management group.
