Ken Hollowell fraud cases to be turned over to Securities and Exchange Commission for Prosecution Orlando Florida

After getting reports from reputable business people that have been solicited by Ken Hollowell, I have put forth a written complaint to an investigating officer with the S.E.C. Regarding the business activities of Mr. Hollowell. On previous complaints not anonymously posted by me, I have warned people that this man is a crook and a not too smart criminal and that doing business with him will leave anyone broke and with a trail of destroyed lives in his wake. Because of a recent reports about Ken's stock related businesses and how he keeps telling people that the proposed stock offerings do not need to be registered with the federal government, I have already begun the process of having prosecuted for these criminal actions.

In I was duped by Ken Hollowell and his scam offering stock to buyers on behalf of my very small production company.By the time he resigned in January an entire independent music community was in ruins with hundreds of artists and bands having been ripped off by Ken Hollowell and his appointed henchmen Jim DeCicco and Marcus Barcroft. All of this happened as a direct result of Ken Hollowell's actions. Not only that, but Ken and his unaccountable behavior put a lot of people at risk of going to jail. As a Hollywood producer for the past two decades, I knew nothing about PPM's, stock offerings, or any other of Hollowell's so called "fields of expertise." I just produce a small community event every year that happens to have had longevity, enough that it attracted this scumbag to want to turn into some kind of franchise. What a crock of b.S.

On Hollowell's personal web site he displays a photo of me, his two crooked henchmen and himself. This photo was taken shortly after I signed a contract with him promising to pay me $150,000 per year. At the time, I was pretty happy about it because it was three times more that I ever made in any one year in my life, so it looked good with his signature on the contract. He never paid any of it. He did however issue me 4 million shares of stock with zero bank liquidity to back it up. He also never told the fed's about it and that is whay he is going to be going to jail real soon.

Let this report serve as notice that both photo's displayed on his kenhollowell.com site are frauds. The shot with Mike Curb was taken at the event I was Key Note speaker on and I can attest to the fact Mike Curb does not think too highly of what Hollowell did to so many artists and bands in 2007. Basically, like everything else associated with this monster, the photo's are frauds, just like him. I have asked him several times to remove my picture from this site, but needs my credibility to prop himself up. Meanwhile, he keeps posting things that attempt to discredit me and my two decades of service to the Hollywood community. What an idiot this guy is. I reiterate that I do not approve of my image being on his site.

In closing let me just advise all of you who know about the business dispute between myself and this man Ken Hollowell, his denials of wrong doing are not backed up by the truth. He was evicted from the state of California by investigators from California Attorney General's Office Department of Consumer Affairs after being put through the ringer about his business practices. He basically fled to Florida where he continues to lie, cheat and steal from good and decent people. But fear not, the S.E.C. Is coming after him and he will be going away soon.
