Denny Groshans Do Not Live Here. Save Yourself And Run

This is a really bad place to live! Everything I have seen here since I have been here, you would not believe! When a family moves in, then they move in the rest of the family that is not supposed to be there! Parking on the grass, in the streets, wherever they can, and block you so when you want to get out of your driveway you cannot, and complain about them, or to them, then there is more trouble! What is a person to do? The manager, Denny Groshans does not care what happens to you, she just says "call the police" because she does not want to get involved, or have these people damage her house or vehicle, only yours, if you complain about them, or call the police!!! She will not evict anybody, because it is all about the money... I guess you have to do somebody in before you get evicted from this park. For example, lot # 53 there lives a couple, then a lady with 3 kids moves in, and has a guy in a black mercedes stalking here and causing problems, and Denny does nothing about it, and then today, 03/08 they bring in two more people, another couple to live there, with luggage and all. This is what I am talking about, anybody can move in out here. Before, she was strict, and the place was looking good, and we did not have any problems like this out here, then somebody complained, and said that she was harassing them, she actually was not, she was actually trying to enforce the rules which are in writing when you move out here.
