If you find the above message in your mail box - PLEASE, PLEASE don't call the 1-866 number they list - Hopefully you will check to see if there is a legitimate governmnt company or entity (like I did) and the first thing that came up is "usacomplaints.com" - Thank God - BUT, I am sure that those people that are not computer savy or as cautious from (almost) being ripped off before, like I was and have used usacomplaints.com to verify those scams (to good to be true and aren't true) that come in the mail almost every day!!!
I have sent these kind of items received to the FBI who will look into them and hopefully catch who is trying to ripp off us hard working individuals, like I was today - told that due to budget cuts, my job has been eliminated. I do need money to keep me and my family from looseing everything that we have worked for over the last 14 years, but with this kind of scam, you would pay them and receive nothing.
So be very careful out there and don't fall for these scams, call the FBI in your area and tell them about it, they will either have you fax or send over the scam mail that you received. Maybe, just maybe - they will catch and punish these kind of people who try to get money from us by telling us lies!
