Violation of bankruptcy laws

I filed bankruptcy in nov. 2007. I included in the bankruptcy state assessed taxes from 1993-1999 of which I did filed tax returns in 2002. I have not been charged with fraud. The Mississippi state tax commission did not discharge any of the old taxes. Furthermore in the Mississippi state tax Commission garnished 100% of my wages forcing me to quit my job and having diffculty finding other good paying jobs. Mississippi did not discharge any of the taxes, they do not have an offer in compromise, they refuse to put me on a payment plan and continue to garnish my job at 25% now since I work for the federal govenment. They also have attached my bank account making medical bill checks bounce and me having to pay insuffient check charges. They have made my life miserable, I have even contemplated suicide. Please Help.
