Godbolt was indicted for bribing a state senator in order to secure his corrupt agency a $100,000 grant which the majority of was spent on personal vacations, home renovations and a new BMW vehicle.

Originally, Progressive Training Associates was operating in the shadows under a corrupted umbrella of very close to being called con-artists. After getting exposed by the Secretary of the State and many others, Progressive Training changed their company from a non-profit to a different entity under the name of Kinship Academy recently to try and form a new company since performing a search on the old name "Progressive Training" will yield the embarrassing charges and news of corruption and wrongdoing in the past.

They are currently being investigated AGAIN by the Attorney General's office for further suspicion of corruption, illegal use of grant funds and a couple of other charges pertaining to similar charges mentioned in the article above.
They owe many contractors a huge amount of bills which they refuse to pay until this current day.
