Paris Tennessee Deadbeat Dad owes over 5000 in child support, but spends it drinking and buying rounds for his"family"

I, along with many others, have seen this man drinking heavily and buying rounds for the bar. This is not an occasional event. Just venture inside the Paris Moose Lodge on any given night and you will find him holding down a bar stool. He claims he doesn't have a job and that he has a bad back. Well let me tell you that this is not true. I have witnessed him working a couple nights a week at the Lodge, lifting heavy beer boxes and garbage bags full of beer bottles. He has also been seen mowing yards and cemetaries with Kevin Hamlin. This man is well known in Paris, he has lived there most of his life and most people dont know what an incredible irresponsible immature man he is. Any man or woman that refuses to support their children isn't worth the time of day. So if anyone knows him and sees him out drinking and spending his support money, go tell him to buy his daughter a pair of shoes.
