Gary Breckey, has bean harassing me! Please let me explain. On a Sunday evening, he can to my house (in Brant) and told me that he had recieved a complaint from one of my neighbors for unlicensed cars in my yard. I asked him who they were and he said that he would tell me at court, who they are. I sent a freedom of information act, and he refused to tell me. He was siting me for commercial junkyard law, when I live in a seasonal residence. When I asked him to show me where that code is in RESIDENTIAL code law he could not. SO if there was "NO complaint filed", as he tried to say, then what was he doing at my house at 5:00 PM on Sunday (his day off)?

IF ANYONE can help me find out how to file a complaint on him and file harassment charges on him please let me know. This man is a disgrace, to all other code enforcement officers, who are doing their job properly! How can he still be a code officer if he is a SCUM LORD HIMSELF!!?? There should be a law!!
