File a complaint with the BBB. I did and there are several complaints filed regarding this all of a sudden hike increase. It also appears that the BBB seems to be waiting to hear something back from the goverment on this. It also shows that some of these consumers issues have been resolved so maybe the BBB is actually doing something about this... I originally filed with the BBB in Ohio as that is where it took me when I put in the name of the Company's address but they have transferred it back to Fort Worth being the incident happened here so file it with the BBB in your area.
