This priest will not confront issues.
He will not deal with issues of abuse, unless you are donating a lot to him or he is "your friend".
He refuses to address problems. He speaks only about his days in brooklyn on the stoop.
He knows nothing about children and does not care from them.
Donations have dropped to all time lows.
He allows unmarried couples to receive communion without saying a word so that he tries to increase his collections.
He wants people to confess, but he does not take responsibility for his abusive actions.
He knows nothing about catholic education and does not care for children.
Enrollment in the school and contributions are dropping since he became involved in the parish.
Bishop murphy, why did you remove monsignor hamilton from his post as pastor.
Even though he lectured on sexual slavery in africa at an 8th grade graduation, he had a heart, met and interviewed parishioners and formed his own opinion, did not listen to gossip, and treated children with decency and respect.
He never made up stories about children to protect the school principal and other church officials.
Is this business as usual or has the church really addressed the issue of abuse?
Or do they just get rid of the problem and cover it up.
