Homophobia/Sexual Harassment/Racial Discrimination

I’m an African American Lesbian and I’ve worked for that United States Postal Services since July. I’m a veteran of the Military and also the Navy. I've a great attendance report and I’m never delayed for function. I’ve been put through sexual harassment, racial discrimination and harassment due to my sexual orientation. On May-16, I had been employed in the registry crate. It’s a real cage. A White woman co worker went up-to me and stated, “You workin’ within the crate tonite? ” I responded, “Yes.” She stated, “You got you a strawberry? ” I mentioned, “No.” I’m frowned up at this time since I understand where that is heading. She subsequently stated, “Well you realize should you eliminated be considered a horse in a crate you'll need oneself a strawberry; they didn’t let you know that? ” I mentioned, “No.” I strolled away in surprise. Which was a clear racial slur. Was she attempting to trigger me? Did she need me to strangle her to ensure that I really could get delay the time perhaps actually dropping my work and likely to prison? It had been documented to administration and nothing was completed as normal. I’m currently awaiting the EEOC to setup a romantic date/period for REDRESS mediation. I’m certain I’ll find no reduction through this process since I’m seeking economic problems.in my opinion this issue deserves nationwide interest since the Great Ole Kids are infamous for capturing these issues underneath the rug after which retaliating against anyone who complains. I’m currently viewing a counselor to assist me sort out this issue. Nevertheless, it’s no longer working thus I’ve plumped for Cymbalta for that time being. I’m surrounded by sexist, egotistical, laying, hypocritical bigots.
