Ilegally took my 3 boys, separated them, and put them with their adoptive families immdeiatley when they were taken

Currituck County DSS took my children from me over aligations from neighbors who hated me. Then made sure we got locked up, me, i did 18 months. Anyway they rushed everything through, did not give me a chance and decided to terminate my parental rights, because my children had been in foster care to long and they were comfortable where they were. They ceased reasonable efforts in August not even 6 months after they were taken. He was allowed to see them up until they told him he needed to take a phycological evaluation. Then he got it and they till would not let him see the kids. The judge should have been off the case in december but asked to stay on the case, he was suposed to be off the case in december but again asked to stay on the case, there is crooked stuff going on and i want to get to the bottom of it. I need help doing this so any information you can provide would be great. How do we attack powerful people?
