Government corruption rip-off claimed missing support payments but cannot tell me which payments involved

I Have paid Child support since 1989, and to my knowledge as well as my ex wife have never missed a payment. I Received a new coupon book on 5/6/02 stating that my support was raised from $111/week to $125/week, as I was $252 in arrears. I contacted them via e-mail, as it is impossible to get a human on their phone system.

I received an automated response saying that they couldn't be sure, but after taking a "quick look" at the account, and I may possibly have missed a payment between 1995 and 1999. They suggested that I mail a request for Audit.

I mailed a request for Audit on 5/27/02 AND NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE. On 11/25/02 I, as well as my employer Received a Notice of Order to Withhold Child Support for the amount of $131/week. I have never been advised as to amount in arrears, nor for how long this order was in effect. I again spoke with the Recipent of the support, who states that there is no past due amount, nor has she gotten any extra money.

I have never been advised of any paymnets in arrears before this, nor have they answered any of my requests for further clarification. After reading the other horror stories about Wayne county friend of the court, I am terrified that I may never be free of this order. I have no idea as to the facts, and can see no regulatory body to protect me.
