Spirt Soutions is a Ripoff dishonest sales practices, horrible customer service, that lies to thier customers and they have false contracts with fire departments

I am a ex employee of 2years i know first hand what goes on in that so callED christian based business.

First of all lets start with the fact ITS NOT CHRISTIAN BASED & THEY DO NOT PRODUCE THE PRODUCT IN A TIMELY MANNOR.

I have projects that i worked in may of 06 that have still not recieved thier product.in fact they have had so many complaints that the bbb will not take complaints any more and fire departs say they wont sign up because of that report. Below is a letter they have been sending out trying to fix this and its not working.

We are sorry that the B.B.B. Takes so long to update their information, or let known the fact that we have already, in the past two weeks, made over $10,000 in reparations. We have also relieved from duties, the employees who were involved in the fraudulent and deceptive practices. We have put into production and started shipping items due to schools and fire depts. It is unfortunate that aprox. 35 out of 5,000 can stop a good program in its tracks. I again apologize for anything that happened before my hiring, and would appreciate the opportunity to prove myself to you.

You can also check with lake havasu az fire department they started working this area without a contract.
Also did the same thing in huntley il and i had a lot of pissed off customers that had to be refunded

So before u buy anything from this company do a little research and you will find all that you"ll gat is RIPPED-OFF
