Home warantee not honored

I purchased what I thought was a new mobile home from Clayton. I purchased it in the first year after manufacture but was told a sale did not go through so it was already set up so I could not select my own carpet, drapes, etc.

Because it was set up for sale to someone else, I paid for additional insurance to cover it as a new home.

For over five years I have been waiting for clayton to follow through in repairs, such as a power surge which melted my microwave over the stove, marriage line leak, bowed door et al.

I have had to live with the home torn up end to end while the water dried up until they just stopped coming back.

Now they claim their is no warantee on any home that is pre owned and are telling me it was a foreclosure... Which I don't believe because there was not enough time to foreclose on this new home as I purchased it only months after it was built.

In any case, the additional new home insurance I covered should have covered any defects.

Please keep me in mind if anyone intends to file a class action against this unethical company.
