Purposely over payment for previous employee being bias

I was a previous employer of the City of Dallas and got a real chance to see how the City operates among each other they do not work together at all, each department are bias to each other and they are praying on the poor citizens of Dallas Texas beware, and their checks and balances are not great at all so watch your fines and accounts with them, the policy is that you enter your time into their Lawson System your acting supervisor always and have to approve the time before payment is made to each employer that for Managers as well, the upper Management has to approve your hours, I have found myself in a finicial limbo to this.

Here's my story 7 weeks after leaving the City I started recieving phones calls requesting that I pay the City back for an over payment on payroll I was shock that it took so long, when one has mutiple direct deposits into your account, then I was given vacation pay during the investigation process, I called the City and was given the most lame excuse!!! It all in the paperwork and communication between each department well Public Works that does not work for me now they have the nerves to add interest to it. And the funny part to it is they always speak on Customer Service and being Proficent now dear Supervisor are acting Managers where are your proficency at? And I have seen this happen with the ticket processing, collections how can you really represent the City when you stay under the microscope your self, Citizen Beware and watch the City of Dallas they will rip you off and please watch your payments for their accountants are to busy doing other things like shopping and long lunches and other bull, that you will get screwed for they do screw each other without vaseline.
