Rpiied off 94 year old widow

These poeple are beyond SCUM. They sent not one but two letters with the same request to my 94 year old neighbor telling her she had won millions. She is a very intellegent woman and has the mind of a much younger woman (smarter than me at 60) she ask me to mail some letters for her and I noticed they were to CRA, I had done some research in the past and remembered the RIPOFF report, low and behold here they are in BIG BOLD LETTERS. They should be shut down and I will do whatever I can to aid in that. Here are the OTHER outfits that she "WON" $ from but needed to send anywhere from 13.95 plus a 3.00 rush fee to 24.99. She is lucky, I am going to talk to her and show her all of the reports so these losers get NO MORE OF HER $... Be aware of the following.

CRA / Las Vegas, Allocated Disbursement Authority, National Awards Service Advisory, Payment Advocacy Associates out of Miami, National Awards Service Las Vegas all but the one are out of Las Vegas biggest crime capital in the world!

Just yesterday her dead husband received a letter from a "physic" Joan Marie telling him she knew he was a lonely man and she could help him find happiness and wealth, she had the nerve to actually become rude because he had not responded to her first request the woman sent a brochure with her PICTURE on the cover. Some physic, Ralph has been dead for 18 years! She also wanted $20.00 to become his confidant and advisor. $40.00 would get him a year of her personal attention, lucky lottery numbers etc. THIS WOMAN in particular has got me riled up. How DARE she... Get a real job and quit preying on the old and poor. (side note) the smirk on her face should be a dead giveaway that she is a CROOK!

SOMEONE, has to do something about these people where would one start? I would do whatever to put an end to these scams.
