MONICA GETZ - Coalition For Family Justice
And its attorneys know the meaning of the word donation, not resolution

Monica Getz and the Coalition for Family Justice ("Coalition") do not know the meaning of the word resolution. The Coalition knows the meaning of the word DONATION. 60 Minutes and Tom DiNapoli, the Comptoller of NYS, should investigate the Coalition. Monica Getz makes money off people's suffering and know nothing about children, the family, the problems of the family, the stress that people undergo while in litigation proceedings, and the emotional baggage each person brings to Court because of the divorce or family proceeding, and the financial burden of raising a family on one income after the family splits up. Monica Getz preys on these people.

The system is broken; everyone knows that; those in authority try their best, but finding a solution in an emotional situation is difficult. There are connections, lack of connections, lack of money, mistrust of lawyers, and all sorts of problems.

The poor and middle class cannot afford to litigate. That is clear. What is the solution? Is it to give up and not be concerned with the kind of life your children will have?

Deals are made to settle the claims of the wealthy to save legal fees. What does Monica Getz suggest? That the non-monied spouse not litigate if she/he is unhappy with the deal? Is not the result that without a good lawyer, the non-monied spouse loses?

Monica Getz uses her political connections for her own glory and financial gain, to do members in, not for the good of the member. One member has a huge Judgment against her from one Coalition attorney; the other Coalition attorney told her not to file a timely notice of appeal; one member lost her family and her assets. The Courts are trying to restore justice. Monica Getz allows the attorneys who rendered improper advice to attend meetings! Why? Monica Getz keeps the two attorneys at the Coalition because they DONATE to her and have dirt on her, big time.

Monica Getz is only concerned with her pocketbook and that Judges and politicians attend her events.

She is not concerned for any child, and, in fact, Kim Lurie reported Monica Getz to Child Protective Services alleging she had tied the children of Monica Getz' assistant to chairs. The report is unfounded.

This is how the Coalition acts. Find the member's weakest point and attack. If the weakest point is the children, they call Child Protective Services. Well Kim Lurie (thrown out of the Coalition for practicing as an attorney and not being one) and Nitza Keane certainly learned well from the Coalition; they called on Monica Getz.

Do not donate and if you attend meetings watch your back and do not heed faulty advice! If you have a case that you think is a problem, do not let monica getz or any member of the coalition go to court for you. If you do you will be very sorry.
