Officers of this organization skimming money for their own pockets

This is supposed to be a "not for profit" organization. They have some people in charge over there who put some of the "profits" in their own pockets.
One lady was bragging about pocketing some of the cash after the parade. She said "no one will know".
Don't ask the treasurer any questions, she's some sort of accountant and knows how to hide what's going on. I asked several times for a report of the finances and she just snubbed me. Very rude and unprofessional.
Someone should investigate these people. I pay "fees" for all of my kids to be part of music. Makes me sick thinking about how much of it is being skimmed off. Called the police and they said that it's being looked into but nothing has been done. Who else should we call. We are not the only family that has noticed this.
