United Long Term Care Workers - The Long Term Care Housing Corporation Constant Harassment! They won't stop calling, no matter how many times they promise to!

This company started calling months ago, and call a few times every day, up to 9 or 10 at night. It's an automated caller from a group with which we have no affiliation. We call back, and they either tell us to call back, later they say they can't help us, or the promise to stop calling, but it never happens. They have told us dozens of times that they will fix it, but they never do. They're running up the phone bill and wasting our time.
