Simply joining the listing of grievances regarding Appeal Furniture Style, site located by Title Master and hay of Profile Minds, LLC. The corporation prepared an order via charge card, never obtained product, they advised that item was broken (???) in shipping. Agreed to substitute, purchase was terminated and reimbursement guaranteed "written down" in 24 - 48 hours. Which was 08/02. No reimbursement up to now. Charge card challenge filed, criticism with BBB of Florida filed, in addition to, official criticism and analysis demand hasbeen filed with Atty. Common for State-Of California. Also provide informed the FTC and FBI deceptive offenses department of specifics. I've not really started with this particular organization. I've informed PayPal of the state to confirmed standing and recommended they execute some analysis or further testing in order to not mar their status, and also have started to get hold of EVERY site merchandiser that their site links to of the legal actions. I've provided the charge card organization with sufficient paperwork to follow charges of robbery by fraud, cable and bank fraud costs. I'll exhaust ALL means feasible to myself thorugh my professional placement to guarantee this company is held responsible for their activities.
