Vesta AT&T Prepaid
Paid 2000 minutes and was recharged only 400 Ripoff

I recharged my calling card for 2000 minutes and paid for it and they only gave me 400 minutes. I thought they would give it to me after I finish the 400 but they never. And also tried again for 400 minutes and paid for it and they only gave 100 minutes. I have both the copies that I paid for. I emailed them 3 times and never got answer from them yet.
