False advertising ripoff

Christmas Mountain is advertising it's location as a place unchanged for 200 years. I have lived in this area all my life and it is definitely changed. It is also advertising easy access and that is also a falsehood since the winter time access will not be good. The state maintained road will be one of the last one opened in the winter time since the president has also defrauded NC DOT with invalid right of way contracts, signing them and invalidating them. They have dragged a tenant and lied repeately in that court. There is NO gated entrance as advertised either. Long range views are consisting of views of other homes on the mountainsides. Their HOA regulations are on register at the Ashe County Register of Deeds and quite simply gives them the right to enter or stalk residents at their whim. There will be no views of nature either since most view consist of other houses. With Christmas Mountain's president James H Heafner sneaking around stalking the residents there will be no peace or privacy for anyone choosing to make the mistake of purchasing a lot here.
